Después de los 30 años empieza a disminuir nuestra masa muscular, y más si la hemos resentido con muchas dietas que destruyen nuestro músculo, cirugías bariatricas y siendo sedentarias. Pues te cuento, nunca es tarde para iniciar.

Tip # 1: entrenamientos enfocados a la fuerZa, velocidad y potencia: los huesos no responden a todo tipo de estímulos, y cuando perdemos músculo, nuestros huesos quedan desprotegidos. El único entrenamiento que ha demostrado tener impacto en el hueso, produciendo cambios en el ancho, es el entreno con cargas, ésta debe siempre ser medida y con buena técnica y ejecución. Así que aparte de yoga y Pilates inicia pesas.

Tip #2: buen aporte de proteínas, un desayuno, almuerzo o cena sea vegetariano o no debe estar fundamentado en la proteína, para crear músculo, renovar tejidos y prevenir el envejecimiento prematuro.

Tip #3: no olvides tus antioxidantes en frutas y verduras, aparte que la mayoría de estudios demuestran que quienes consumen menos vegetales y frutas tienden aumentar más rápido de peso, la razón es sencilla, la ansiedad de la que tanto te quejas surge por desequilibrios nutricionales. Te la recomiendo en las primeras 3 o 4 comidas del día.

Tip# 5: elimina el azúcar, aunque la vida hay que disfrutarla, han hecho que dependamos de todo esto creyendo que es disfrute. Analiza el cambio de tu piel en semanas sin consumir azúcar, luego vuelve a reincorporarla y ese acné molesto volverá aparecer! Incluso otros síntomas, el cuerpo te avisa que algo no anda bien.

Tip # 6: suplementa con calcio y vitamina D, la menopausia indica una supresión de producción de hormonas como estrógenos, estos estrógenos protegen nuestros huesos, con su pérdida nos volvemos propensas a osteoporosis, fracturas, fragilidad entre otras, y pérdidas de nuestra masa ósea. workoutmotivation I’ve been a little down for awhile now. Last night I was pulled into the gym, today I finally feel like myself again after months of just feeling out of it. I forgot how important exercise is for mental well being. If you’re feeling the way I felt, please give it a shot. Depression is no joke but sometimes a great solution is right in front of you. You might look at someone and say they’re not strong because they don’t have huge muscles like you, but they could be putting on a smile while everything is falling apart. That’s strong. Getting a new personal record in the gym. That’s strong. Overcoming mental battles and heartbreak. That’s strong! Being you even when people “don’t like it.” That’s strong!! Strength comes in all shapes and sizes. •

Remember that thing you’ve been saying you can’t do? Guess what?? U can!!! Put ur mind to it and ur strong enough to accomplish anything.  Might be hard at times but it just makes u stronger remember that! And hey, if the only thing u could do today was get out of bed, good for u.
