Your body needs time to adapt to the exercises you perform. If you want to make things a little harder next time; first try :

🔵 performing more repetitions of the same weight. .
🔵performing more sets of the same exercise. .
🔵lift a heavier weight for the same reps. .

I would heavily recommend you trial the above progressions before performing a new routine straight away. .

You can’t progressively load your muscles if the movements are different each week. I recommend sticking to the same workout for up to 10 weeks and play around with the above variations in between.

Ollie went from taking occasional steps to trying to walk any opportunity he gets (still many falls but he’s so close) And Elizabeth bravely and quickly (within a few hours) learnt to ride her new bike WITHOUT training wheels
.
Both amazing feats that require great determination, coordination, balance and confidence! Super proud mamabear here! It just goes to show what we are capable of achieving with a little perseverance and self-belief! 😍❤️

Perfect weather & family time this weekend and, to top it off, some very special firsts 🤗 .
