Woke up tired af this morning but still got my butt to the gym for an hour.  Thanks for the workout @_brittanylupton 
I feel comfortable with making it a goal to get to the gym 3-4 days a week. 
Of course I’m going to continue to listen to my body and if I’m to tired and or my body just hurts then I will rest. Gotta take care of myself and this baby ❤️ .

instagramfitness @ironsanctum Man where to even begin.... Dream after dream. Accomplishment after accomplishment. Just a kid from Lawrence they said. Just a punk they said. I wasn’t going to amount to this or that. This isn’t a pitty post because hell I don’t even feel bad for myself. Instead this is a thank you post. Thank you to all who have ever doubted me over the years. All who said I wouldn’t amount to nothing. YOUR words.. YOUR vision... instilled that fire that burns within me. People tell me all the time to “rest”. That I have nothing else to prove to anyone. In fact, I have everything to prove. Everything to prove to myself. Proving me right is what matters most and that is why I won’t rest until I’m 6ft. under. Word of advise never lose your vision. Never give up. Never quit. Keep pushing. Keep going. The sky is the limit and know that you can accomplish anything and everything you set your mind to. “Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything. So don’t think if your dreams are crazy. Ask, if they’re crazy enough.”

So, something pretty scary happened not too long ago! I RAN OUT OF OPTI-GREENS 50!!! 😱😱😱😱

As I've said in previous posts, my gut health hasn't always been the best at all over the years. I was in and out of the doctor's office so many times regarding some sort of stomach related issue I was having. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I missed so many days of work and school over it too! I was also just sick a lot as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I didn't realize those two things went hand in hand until I learned that most of your immune system is in your gut! 🤯🤯🤯

When I had poor gut health, my overall health was pretty poor too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I have a lot going on the last few weeks and I’ve done a lot of thinking about who I am because of a few certain people and I’ve realized that I’m not for everyone but I’m enough for me and my crew 🥰🤜 screw everyone else. Implementing a break from dieting helps me a lot when I hit a plateau (both mentally and physically) with dieting. Started this week with new energy!✨ Didn’t struggle too much with sticking to my calories, but the daily steps are always a struggle lol🙈 .

Ingredients

For brownies:
 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
 1/2 cup protein DYMATYZE ISO 100 IN CHOC
 2/3 cup sugar
 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 banana
 1/2 cup MACADAMIA NUT OIL
 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

For peanut butter swirl:
 1/4 cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 1 tablespoon maple syrup
 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions •Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
•In a large bowl, stir the dry ingredients together (flour, protein powder, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt), and set aside.
•Mash the banana in a large bowl. Stir in the mac oil, one teaspoon vanilla, and chocolate chips.
•Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix well (it will be thick).
•Use a spoon to fill each of the muffin wells just to the top.
•In a small ceramic bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pop the bowl in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, until slightly softened. • Add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture to the top of each brownie bite.
•Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. - #regrann .
