Buongiorno a tutti, oggi per me rest day, quindi spero di riposarmi, voi vi allenate ? La dieta del giorno c’e sempre e comunque, leggi sotto per i procedimenti delle ricette 👇

👉 PANCAKE VEGAN AL CAFFÈ : Mescola la farina con l’acqua ed il caffè, aggiungi poi l’olio e la stevia, se preferisci aggiungi del lievito. Cuoci in padellino antiaderente per 3 minuti a lato.

👉 BISCOTTI 1 MINUTO IN PADELLA : Mescola la farina con il latte e poi la stevia, impasta con un cucchiaio e poi aggiungi il cioccolato. Forma dei biscotti e cuoci in una padella antiaderente a fiamma bassa per 10-15 minuti con coperchio.

healthfood Блинчики я уже много лет готовлю фактически только по этому рецепту🥞, он уже был в блоге много раз. Вы можете воспользоваться вашим любимым рецептом. Для начинки отвариваю хороший кусок говядины с тоненькими прожилками, перекручиваю его с жареным луком в мясорубке и добавляю немного отварного риса, чтобы облегчить плотную структуру мяса. Получается 👍🏼

🥞Блинчики с мясом🥞
⠀
Нам понадобится:
Для блинов:
🔸кефир - 1 л
🔸соль - 1 ч.л
🔸сода - 1 ч.л
🔸сахар - 3 ст.л
🔸мука - 500 г
🔸кипяток - 400 мл
🔸растительное масло - 4 ст.л
Для начинки:
🔸говядина - 800-900 г (в сыром виде)
🔸лук - 1-2 шт
🔸специи - по вкусу
🔸отваренный рис - 3-4 ст.л

Говядину надо отварить заранее. Не забудьте, что если нам нужно в первую очередь мясо, а не бульон, мы опускаем говядину в кипящую воду. Я варю часа 3 с солью, перцем (горошком), целой морковью и луковицей, лавровым листом (опускаю на 5 минут после закипания и достаю).
Для блинов в кефире размешиваем соль, соду и сахар. Добавляем муку, перемешиваем. Вливаем тонкой струйкой кипяток, интенсивно мешая. Добавляем масло. Жарим блинчики. Жарить их надо на ОЧЕНЬ хорошо прогретой сковороде, на огне близком к максимальному (жарятся очень быстро) и не лить тесто лужей (сколько прихватится на сковороде).
Обжариваем лук. И прокручиваем его вместе с мясом через мясорубку. Перекладываем в сковороду. Добавляем рис, немного масла, специи, обжариваем минуты 3 на слабом огне.
Заворачиваем начинку в блины. Можно хранить несколько дней в холодильнике. Можно заморозить. Я обязательно обжариваю перед подачей, так вкуснее. Приятного аппетита!

Как настроение?
Вчера на завтрак у меня были самые пышные оладушки 😍 
Тесто я разделила на две половины и в одну половину положила изюм, получилось очень очень вкусно😋
Пышные Оладушки
Ингредиенты:
500 мл кефира( густого)
2 яйца
480 гр муки
4ст ложки сахара( можно больше)
1 чайн ложка с горкой соли
1 чайн ложка соды
Растительное масло для обжарки
В миску разбиваем яйца, добавляем соль и сахар, перемешиваем до растворения сахара. Вливаем в яичную смесь кефир подогретый ( очень важно). Непрерывно помешивая вводим муку. Когда вмешаем всю муку , добавляем соду и быстро перемешиваем. Можно разделить тесто на 2 части и в одну добавить изюм. Больше мы тесто не трогаем, не мешаем, даём постоять 10 минут. Ложкой аккуратно с краю берём тесто и выкладываем на разогретое масло( удобнее это делать двумя смазанными маслом ложками) получается 6 порций.

Всем привет дорогие мои😘 Включаем звук 🔊Видеорецепт с озвучкой🔊 Как настроение? Вчера на завтрак у меня были самые пышные оладушки 😍 Тесто я разделила на две половины и в одну половину положила изюм, получилось очень очень вкусно😋 Пышные Оладушки Ингредиенты: 500 мл кефира( густого) 2 яйца 480 гр муки 4ст ложки сахара( можно больше) 1 чайн ложка с горкой соли 1 чайн ложка соды Растительное масло для обжарки В миску разбиваем яйца, добавляем соль и сахар, перемешиваем до растворения сахара. Вливаем в яичную смесь кефир подогретый ( очень важно). Непрерывно помешивая вводим муку. Когда вмешаем всю муку , добавляем соду и быстро перемешиваем. Можно разделить тесто на 2 части и в одну добавить изюм. Больше мы тесто не трогаем, не мешаем, даём постоять 10 минут. Ложкой аккуратно с краю берём тесто и выкладываем на разогретое масло( удобнее это делать двумя смазанными маслом ложками) получается 6 порций. Habt ihr schon mal was von Oopsies 🧁 gehört?

Sowohl süß, als auch deftig total lecker! 😋

Ein proteinreicher, kalorien- und kohlenhydratarmer Snack für zwischendurch, für den ihr nur eine Handvoll Zutaten benötigt. Super schnell und super easy zubereitet! 
Ich hab für euch die süße Strawberry-White-Chocolate-Variante ausprobiert.

Für die Protein Oopsies 🧁 benötigt ihr folgende Zutaten:
⊳ 150g Magerquark
⊳ 1,5 TL Backpulver
⊳ 45g Classic Protein 80 "Vanilla",von @got7nutrition
⊳ 6 mittelgroße Eier 🥚
⊳ 3 gestrichene Löffel Flavor Powder "White Chocolate Strawberry" 🍓von @got7nutrition

ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Den Backofen auf 150° Umluft vorheizen. 
2. Eier trennen und das Eiweiß 🥚 steif schlagen. 
3. Eigelb, Quark, Proteinpulver, Backpulver und den Flavor Powder in eine Schüssel geben und kräftig verrühren. 🥄
4. Eiweiß unter die Quarkmasse heben. 
5. Muffin Förmchen 🧁 bis etwa zur Hälfte mit der Masse befüllen. 
6. Die Oopsies auf Mittlere Schiene für 25 Minuten ⏳ im vorgeheizten Ofen backen.

Understanding and enjoying actions that lead to a healthy lifestyle are much more important than “getting a good sweat”. The sweat, in truth, is in no way an indication of fitness or well-being. Parents should instead work with their child’s trainer to set achievable goals that with time, patience and encouragement will lead to the child’s inevitable success.
