glutenfreerecipes Recipe based on an incredible recipe by @hotforfood  for vegan Dan Dan noodles 
I had no peanuts/ soy beans to put on top so I used sesame seeds instead 
And used rice noodles because they are gluten free 
Totally skipped the wine as well and just added water
And instead of rice vinegar I just used water with lemon juice 
And it was still incredibly tasty 😂😂 even with my changes 
And maybe it’s not “the healthiest meal” but it’s way better to try to prepare your craving at home than ordering a take away 😊😊😊 Original recipe : * 1/2 C low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
* 2 tbsp prepared chili oil (such as chiu chow chili oil)
* 2 tbsp black vinegar (or rice vinegar)
* 1/2 C ketchup
* 1/4 C shaoxing Chinese cooking wine (or cooking sherry)
* 2 tsp granulated sugar
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 6.5 oz / 185 g vegan chow mein noodles
* 4 stalks bok choy (or 8 baby bok choy stalks)
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1/4 C shallot, diced finely (or 1/2 a small white onion)
* 1/2 tsp ground szechuan peppercorn, ground in mortar & pestle or spice grinder (or ground white pepper)
* 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
* 1 1/2 C veggie ground round (such as Yves original veggie ground round)
* 1 green onion, sliced thin (as garnish)
* 1/4 C fried soy beans or crushed peanuts (as garnish) .

Era tanto che non facevo più i pancake, così dopo aver visto la sofficità di quelli creati da @giulia.madeinfit mi sono lasciata ispirare e ho replicato la sua ricetta (grazie ). Una colazione sana e nutriente #lowcarb, #highprotein, #glutefree e #sugarfree. Rispetto alla versione originale ho variato solo alcuni ingredienti e grammature, secondo le mie calorie e macros.

Ecco la mia versione ⤵️

INGREDIENTI (per 6 mini pancake):
2 uova
15gr eritritolo @nu3_it
60gr farina di mandorle @nu3_it
50gr yogurt greco 0 grassi senza lattosio
50ml acqua
45gr mirtilli
2gr lievito per dolci

PROCEDIMENTO:
👉 Preriscalda una padella per pancake (io ho usato una teglia per mini pancake) e ungila leggermente.

Rompi le uova e con una frusta montale insieme ad eritritolo, yogurt, acqua e farina. In ultimo aggiungi il lievito e i mirtilli, mischia ancora, poi lascia riposare qualche minuto. 
Con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio adagia il composto sulla padella, quando si formano le bolle in superficie, gira i pancake e lascia cuocere dall’altro lato.

De toutes petites figues du jardin pour une tarte gourmande et pleine de réconfort ! 
Je travaille encore sur une recette de pâte à tarte sans gluten et sans produits laitiers avec le moins d’ingrédients possible. Et je vous donne ensuite ma recette  .
Pour la pâte j’ai utilisé > de la farine de riz, farine de châtaigne, farine de lupin, graine de chia et huile d’olive.
Pour la crème d’amande, très réussie elle  > poudre d’amande complète, margarine, œuf et purée de figues.

La figue est un fruit qui se congèle très bien. Elles ont été cueillies fin août, coupées en 2 puis mise en congélateur. Je les ai sorties le matin du congélateur pour les cuisiner dans l’après-midi.

If you saw me making this on my stories on Sunday you would’ve seen, it is so simple, really quick to throw together and it tastes good (even if you forget about it and over cook it a tad like me oops 🙊). If you have a kid that’s old enough to help out in the kitchen, I would so be getting them to do it!

And if you’re worried about the taste cos of the zucchini 🥒TRUST ME, you can’t taste it and it adds great texture in place of using heaps of oil or butter AND it’s an extra serve of veggies - which most of us could use🙋! glutenfreerecipes It’s National Chocolate week!  Sounds like a good excuse for a little sweet indulgence - healthful of course!

Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bark 😋

350g dark chocolate 
125g blanched almonds, toasted and chopped
100g dried cranberries 
Pinch of sea salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Melt the dark chocolate by filing the bottom of a saucepan with water and bring to a simmer.  Put chocolate in a glass bowl and set over the water, stir occasionally.

Once melted, pour into a prepared tin and smooth with a spatula.  Scatter over the nuts, cranberries and salt.  Chill in the fridge until set.  Peel off the parchment and break into pieces and enjoy a little when needing to attend to that sweet tooth!

• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Feliz martes golosos!!! Últimamente me da por desayunar gachas, ahora que empieza el fresquito me apetecen un montón!

ELABORACIÓN
1. Lo trituramos todo

2 fillets of hake, skinned (or other sustainably sourced fish fillets, such as haddock)⁠
3 spicy chorizo, sliced*⁠
1/2 jar  Navarrico butter beans*⁠
1 jar sofrito* [gifted]⁠
1/2 orange (zest only)⁠
Handful of olives⁠
Aleppo pepper (optional)⁠

Orange gremolata⁠
2 tablespoons bread crumbs⁠
1/2 orange (zest only)⁠
Leaves from about 5 parsley stalks, chopped⁠

Serves 2⁠
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7.⁠
Fry the chorizo in an ovenproof dish until the fat has run and the sausage has caramelised. Pour off most of the oil (leaving a couple of tablespoons), then add the the sofrito, olives and butter beans. When bubbling, gently place the hake fillets in the sauce, season, add a grating of orange zest, a pinch of Aleppo pepper, drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 15 mins, or until the fish is just cooked.⁠

Gently fry a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a tablespoon of olive oil until golden and crisp. Place in a bowl, season, and add a tablespoon of chopped parsley and grated orange zest. Sprinkle over the fish and serve straight away. Simple and delicious.⁠

Oggi voglio mostrarvi la .
TORTA DI MELE GOURMET SENZA GLUTINE .
facile da preparare e diversa dalle solite torte di mele!!
Mi sono basato sulla ricetta di @chiarapassion e l’ho resa #glutenfree e fit

INGREDIENTI x 10fette:
.
3 mele golden
40g farina avena gusto cookies
50g farina di riso
10g farina di cocco degrassata
30g mix di farine amido di mais, grano saraceno e sorgo
20g proteine in polvere (ho usato backprotein @foodspring_it )
10 g di lievito per dolci
30g di zucchero di cocco
Abbondate sciroppo d’acero zero kcal 
1 cucchiaino di cannella
1 pizzico di sale
2 uova
20ml olio EVO
100g kefir alla vaniglia 
100ml di latte scremato

PER LA CREMA:
.
1 buccia grattugiata di 1 limone 🍋
25g ghee fuso
2 cucchiai di zucchero (40 g)
1 uovo piccolo
mandorle a lamelle, oppure nocciole o noci
.

PREPARAZIONE
.
In una terrina mescolate la farina setacciata con il lievito, lo zucchero, il pizzico di sale e la cannella. Aggiungete le 2 uova ed iniziate a mescolare con una frusta a mano, unite l'olio a filo ed il latte. Mescolate per 1 minuto fino ad avere un impasto cremoso
.
Sbucciate e tagliate le mele a pezzettoni. Prendete uno stampo da 22 cm, versate l’impasto. Mettete sopra le mele. Infornate in forno statico preriscaldato a 180° nella parte bassa del forno per circa 35-40 fino a quando la torta è dorata
.
Mentre la torta cuoce, preparate la cremina. In una terrina mescolate con una frusta il ghee fuso con lo zucchero, l'uovo e la buccia grattugiata di limone, fino ad avere una crema liscia. Sfornate la torta è versate sopra la cremina. Decorate con qualche lamella di mandorle e rimettete subito in forno e proseguite la cottura sempre a 180° per circa 10-15 minuti fino a quando è ben colorata. Sfornate, fate raffreddare prima di servire

Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bark 😋

350g dark chocolate 
125g blanched almonds, toasted and chopped
100g dried cranberries 
Pinch of sea salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Melt the dark chocolate by filing the bottom of a saucepan with water and bring to a simmer.  Put chocolate in a glass bowl and set over the water, stir occasionally.

Once melted, pour into a prepared tin and smooth with a spatula.  Scatter over the nuts, cranberries and salt.  Chill in the fridge until set.  Peel off the parchment and break into pieces and enjoy a little when needing to attend to that sweet tooth!

I still love dip. If you are a label reading pro, then you've probably realised that most dips contain garlic or too much lactose.⁣
⁣
Fun fact for you, 2 tablespoons of sour cream is a low FODMAP serving. To keep this dip within the FODMAP limits just make sure you divide it into the recommended number of serves. Otherwise use lactose free sour cream so you can increase your serve. 👇⁣
⁣
SERVES: 4 (3 tbsp per serve)⁣
⁣
120 g (1/2 cup) sour cream⁣
3 tbsp mayonnaise⁣
2 tsp lemon juice⁣
2 tbsp fresh chives⁣
1/4 tsp garlic infused oil⁣
Season with salt & pepper⁣
1 to 2 pinches white sugar ⁣
⁣
METHOD⁣
1. Finely chop the fresh chives. Squeeze the lemon juice.⁣

2.In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh chives and garlic infused oil. Season with salt and pepper and one to two pinches of sugar. Mix again and pop into the fridge to chill.⁣

3. Serve with low FODMAP veggie sticks or plain potato chips. Limit your serve to 3 tablespoons until you have tested lactose.⁣

glutenfreerecipes If you could only pick one topping on your pizza, what would it be??? 🤷‍♀️ I gotta tell ya, we've been pretty obsessed with making these cauliflower crust pizzas at our house lately! 🍕

About 6 months ago, my hubs went gluten and dairy free to hopefully help with his ulcerative colitis issues. We've had to get a little more creative with dinner ideas, and these pizzas have been a hit! 🙌

You can buy the crusts plain and top it however you want! It comes out super crispy, just how we like our pizza! 
Disclaimer ▶️ this is a pic of my pizza (not dairy free) so there is some fresh mozzarella on there. 😬 There are lots of dairy free "cheeses"  you can try, but Nathan says he doesn't even miss the cheese with all the veggies!

glutenfreerecipes 8 Ingredient Vegan Spinach Dip

Ingredients - 2 containers vegan cream cheese
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Garlic infused oil - 10 oz spinach - 1/2 cup almond milk - 2 tbsp gf flour (rice, tapioca, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp salt + more to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper + more to taste

Directions * Heat some oil in a skillet
* Add the flour and cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
* Add the vegan cream cheese and cook until it’s melted/starting to melt
* Add the almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper stir and cook for 2 more minutes or until the cream cheese until completely melted * Add the spinach and cook until wilted
* Serve immediately in a skillet or a bowl with toasted bread slices (gluten-free if needed), crackers, chips, crudités or whatever you want.
* Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for 4-5 days.

Just in time for fall! I love this recipe, because you only have to chop 1 item and then you can sit on the couch and soak in the smells coming from your oven.🤗

Fixate Granola
1.5 cups of dry old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
40 raw pecan halves, chopped
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. ghee, melted (or melted coconut oil)
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea or Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 dash ground nutmeg
Parchment paper
.
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
3. Combine oats, cranberries, pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut, maple syrup, ghee, extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
4. Spread oat mixture evenly on prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, sitting occasionally, until dry and lightly roasted.
