abs Last Sunday I did my first yoga session in over a year and wow how good it felt!
.
I have now decided this is going to be a weekly thing for me.
.
My body felt so relaxed even though I was stretching muscles I didn’t know needed it and at points it was uncomfortable but overall left feeling so relaxed and my mind, body & soul so sound and whole.
.
Stretching is a huge part of training and one thing I have let slip.
Now it’s time to get my body working for me and not against me!
As you are all aware I had issues with my back and hips during my last prep. I’m now working on strengthening my core and relaxing the muscles that are tightening & causing my pain. .

Here's a simple way to put bulking and cutting into perspective.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's usually best to stay as lean as possible, and you can base your calories on your abdominal muscles appearance. Once you've revealed them as much as you can, start bulking. Slowly add calories (no more then 100 a week) till your body starts to store more than 1-2 lbs a month then stop. The goal is to eat as many calories as possible well not drastically increasing your weight. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once your at the point where you can't add any more calories. Try and maintain that for a while (usually as long as you were cutting) before you start cutting again. Then reduce your calories as slowly as possible to begin another cut phase. (At the most cut 100 calories a week) but if you are still losing it's best to hold steady, and give yourself some metabolic wiggle room⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

abs 💢NECK PAIN DURING DEADLIFTS??💢
Here’s a quick fix!

The deadlift is a great movement that promotes gains in strength, size and athleticism. However, when done wrong we can really screw ourselves up. You always hear we have to keep a “neutral”(or straight,) spine during the deadlift. Most people think this just means no rounding in the upper or lower back, but you have to remember to keep your neck neutral as well! Looking up during this lift is a common mistake that will leave you stiff, uncomfortable and possibly pinched.

💢NECK PAIN DURING DEADLIFTS??💢 Here’s a quick fix! _____________________________________________________________ The deadlift is a great movement that promotes gains in strength, size and athleticism. However, when done wrong we can really screw ourselves up. You always hear we have to keep a “neutral”(or straight,) spine during the deadlift. Most people think this just means no rounding in the upper or lower back, but you have to remember to keep your neck neutral as well! Looking up during this lift is a common mistake that will leave you stiff, uncomfortable and possibly pinched. _____________________________________________________________ The solution?
