Sometimes we question ourselves when it comes to a hangover or cheat day but really we should just be thinking about the TRUTH ☝️🙌 Don’t let yourself or anyone else make you feel differently when you want a slice of that cake in the office or a fat takeaway over the weekend, especially when you’re hungover!! You can always change your intake for the next day to adjust your diet so don’t worry about it!

The point of the pic is to show that with a balanced diet, you can have either and it won’t highly effect you! Not to say Oreo’s are better than apples but we wish they were!

In two weeks we are nearly 10lbs down. Two main factors that have helped her. ⤵️.
1️⃣ A simple but effect food program that doesn't allow you to feel like you are dieting. @iamsteffb favourite meal off this is the 'honey glazed steak & chips'. (You dont need to punish yourself with rice and chicken to reach your goals remember tha)!
2️⃣ Being held accountable is so important and probably my favourite for success to reach your goals.. actually making sure you drink enough water is my first most important factor but we wont go into that haha just make sure you drink at least 3ltrs a day 😁.
▪︎You perform better under observation.
▪︎It forces you follow through on commitments.
▪︎Learn from someone has has seen it all and has experience in what you are doing. (Ie you have me every step of the way to ask questions and speak to for advice)..

I've helped coach and guide her over the past year reaching a great change in body shape and BF%. On top of that even after being told she would never run again she completed a 5km not to long ago with the tailored program I put together for her and the homework I provided to make sure that no matter what the doctors said. Being in the paras for 9 years showed me that the body is a unbelievable piece of equipment controlled by our minds and doesn't have many boundaries.

"Eating healthy is to expensive"... Eating healthy can sometimes be expensive, but then again so can a unhealthy diet!
The preparation may take a little more effort but so does jumping in the car, sitting in traffic and drive thru's and getting back home with a cold meal! This meal takes around 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook, its cheaper, healthy and really easy.
Changing your lifestyle is the first big step! It may take a little bit more thought and consideration, but for a healthier lifestyle it's worth it!
There are a lot of healthier foods at affordable prices, its all about having a look round and seeing what works best for you
